Here are some layouts with a bit of lighting experimentation. Most of my game setups are staged since I rarely have appropriate lighting conditions during a gaming session. But I do get an occasional shot like the one with my kids shown below. These where taken during the painting process so no, the black miniatures where not victims of the dreaded Fire Ball spell.
