The creatures where the minis I painted first. Having a humble Warhammer painting background, I was a bit intimidated at first of the smaller scale of the BL minis. Thus the reason I started with the creatures: The Spider was the most interesting to do since it’s is clearly not humanoid in form compared to the the hill giant or even the Earth Elemental. I’m quite happy with the results. For the Hill Giant, I really did him quick since I wanted a weathered look. And as for the earth elemental, well he still needs a bit of work. I mostly find him a bit to dark and feel I should work on the shading a bit more.
